Senior trainer and legacy holder Donna Martin is coming to Norway (!!!!). Donna just teach a couple of workshops a year, so we feel really lucky. She will be teaching with our main trainer Bettina Deuster. Since there probably will come some (or hopefully many..) people from abroad, we will have the workshop at a big conference room at a hostel called Haraldsheim, near the city center in Oslo. It is possible to book a room there to stay during the workshop. But you do that separately from booking the workshop. In short, you book the workshop through the registration form on this web page and you book a room by sending an email to our contact Antonio at Haraldsheim. You will then get a 10 % discount on the room.
On this page we will post all the necessary information you need for the workshop (pricing, traveling, accommodation etc.)
WORKSHOP
PRICING:
1 day of training: 1200 NOK
2 days of training: 2400 NOK
3 days of training: 3400 NOK (early bird to 20th of August*, 2019. Then: 3600 NOK)
4 days of training: 4400 NOK (early bird to 20th of August*, 2019. Then: 4800 NOK)
*When you have received your invoice you have 14 days to make the payment. So early bird is registration before 20th of August.
*Participants from Europe (both EU/non-EU): have to pay a 50 NOK transfer fee (that will be added to the invoice). Choose the option SHARED COSTS when you make the payment. This is because of new EU regulations.

*Participants from outside Europe:
When you pay you choose the option OUR which means thats you as issuer pays all the expenses. We will recommend you to use the app Transferwise. A lot cheaper and faster than a regular international transaction.

Saturday 28th of September: 10.00-18.00
Sunday 29th of September: 10.00-18.00
Monday 30th of September: 10.00-18.00
Tuesday 1st of October: 10.00-18.00
All four days have a 90 minutes lunch break. Lunch is included in the participant fee. You can inform us about your diet and allergies in the registration form.

ACCOMMODATION
The workshop will be held at Haraldsheim hostel. Haraldsheim is one of the most affordable accommodation options in Oslo, and you can choose from several different types of rooms. Breakfast buffet, towel, sheets and access to a kitchen are including in the price. They have a 24/7 open chat, so they're easy to contact if you have any questions. Participants on this training/workshop will get a 10% discount on the room/bed at Haraldsheim.
To get the discount you need to book by sending an email to antonio@hihostels.no . This is because their web booking doesn’t work with discounts. In the email you write that you’re going to the Hakomi training, full name, what type of room you want and check in and check out dates. Payment for the room will be done when you check in. If you’re traveling with someone, and want to share a room, you can book together.
