About The Event

Come join us and get some emotional nourishment through practices from the Hakomi method and learn how to be more present with yourself and others. The theme of the festival is: "Self care as an ethical practice".

 

The festival will consist of four different segments. And you can choose if you want to come for the whole day (recommended), half of the day or one segment. We will first launch the full day passes, and then launch the segment tickets (around two weeks before). We recommend to register early as possible as the spots are limited. Take a look at the schedule for more info on each segment (more details to come).

 

You can also register for the opening of the festival, which is online on Friday evening, 20.00-21.30 (Hakomi Weekend reset). Hakomi Weekend Reset is free of charge/donation based. You just add the ticket when you register…
