Loving Presence in Difficult Times
Welcome to our teaching series on the practice of Loving Presence, a central aspect of the Hakomi method, in the face of difficulty and fear. With international Hakomi trainer Bettina Deuster. Fee: 350 NOK for one workshop, or 950 NOK if you sign up for all three at once.

About The Event
We welcome you to our online teaching series, Loving Presence In Difficult Times, with Bettina Deuster. Loving presence is an attitude towards life and a great tool for being joyful when facing suffering and fear. How can we be with suffering while still having an attitude of joyfulness and tenderness to it? We will explore how we can deepen this attitude towards life, other people and the world.
We will meet on Zoom once a month for the next three months, and for three hours each time. You can attend one, two or all three times. The workshop series is open for both experienced and for you who are new to Hakomi. If you're new to Hakomi and have any questions please contact us on hakominorway@gmail.com.
After registration and payment you will receive a link to Zoom about 15 minutes before we start from Bettina. You don't need to have downloaded Zoom or to have a paid plan on Zoom to join.
Pricing: 350 NOK for one workshop
950 NOK if you register for all three workshops at once.
