A 1 day multilevel training on Zoom with international Hakomi trainer Bettina Deuster. 

Boundaries are closely related to our needs and how we express them in relationships. We will study in a Hakomi Way how we are relating to those needs, bring awareness to them and explore the possibility to express them in a healthy way.

Spaciousness describes a calm, curious and open state of mind that embraces uncertainty and the freshness of every moment. We will explore the interrelation of spaciousness and healthy boundaries.
