What is our embodied reaction to suffering and what gets in the way of healthy compassionate responses?
This is the first part of a five part teaching series with legacy holder and trainer Donna Martin and trainer Bettina Deuster this winter/spring. And the first part of two on this topic You can attend one, more or the entire series. The teaching series is open for both experienced and for you who are new to Hakomi. One part as a half day training (3 hours). So if you join all five, that counts as 2 and a half day training.
Pricing:
500 NOK for each part of the series
