WORKSHOP THEME:
From Habitual Gestures to Beliefs
Our non verbal habits are an expression of the beliefs, sometime unconscious, we hold about ourselves, others or the world. They manifest what we and others perceive as our personality. In this workshop we will learn how to assist someone in the study of their non verbal expressions. Gaining this self knowledge can help change what creates unnecessary suffering in our lives and open new possibilities. We will also continue to practice states of minds that enhance our awareness connection and wisdom in being with each other as therapist but also as human beings.
