Here are the topics and dates of the entire series:

Working with the inner child- The Hakomi Way, 2-day training with Bettina Deuster


February 13-14

Another training weekend about the interesting and important topic on working on child states. You can join both days, or one. Early bird registration offer for two days until January 20. For more info and registration, go here.


Spaciousness & Boundaries with Bettina Deuster


April 17

A 1 day multilevel training on Zoom with international Hakomi trainer Bettina Deuster on how the Hakomi method can support us in both becoming more spacious and know our boundaries. Boundaries are closely related to our needs and how we express them in relationships. We will study in a Hakomi Way how we are relating to those needs, bring awareness to them and explore the possibility to express them in a healthy way.

Spaciousness describes a calm, curious and open state of mind that embraces uncertainty and the freshness of every moment. We will explore the interrelation of spaciousness and healthy boundaries.

Loving Presence with Bettina Deuster


June 12-13

A 2 day multilevel training on Zoom with international Hakomi trainer Bettina Deuster on the practice of Loving Presence. A central aspect of the Hakomi method. You can join one or both days. Early bird pricing for two days until May 20. To register, go here.




Practice Groups

The Hakomi Breakfast Club

Every Monday morning from 8-9 am CET/CEST. You only need to register one time every 6 months and receive the link by email every week. The first meeting is January 11. Hakomi Weekend Reset

Some Fridays from 5 pm-6.30 CET/CEST. A newly started practice group concept (that we will expand in the fall). It will be once to twice a month this semester, and you register for each time. Skill Sets Practice

How to become a Hakomi practitioner q&a

The hour before our first skill sets practice this semester (April 21), we will host a q&a on how to become a Hakomi practitioner through Hakomi Norway and/or manage your training journey with different training teams. To book, go here.
